Call Log & Filters
Navigate and filter your call log to find specific calls, export data, and manage call details.
The Call Log
The Call Log is where every call across all your tracking numbers lives. Each row shows the caller's information, which tracking number was called, the destination number, call duration, recording status, and source attribution data.

- •Source / UTM — Filter by marketing source or campaign
- •Call flow — Show calls for a specific call flow
- •Tracking number — Filter by specific tracking number
- •Duration — Minimum/maximum call duration
- •Call status — Answered, missed, voicemail
- •Qualified status — Show only qualified or unqualified calls
- •Caller number — Search for a specific caller
