Ad Platform Integrations
Connect CallScaler with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads to track offline call conversions.
Why Integrate?
When you connect CallScaler to your ad platforms, phone calls from your ads are automatically reported back as conversions. This means Google, Meta, and Microsoft can optimize your campaigns for calls — not just clicks. It's the key to getting more phone leads for less money.
Google Ads Integration
CallScaler sends call conversion data to Google Ads using the gclid (Google Click ID). When a visitor from Google Ads calls your tracking number, CallScaler reports the call back to Google as an offline conversion.
Setup:
1. Go to Addons → Integrations in CallScaler
2. Click "Add Integration" and select Google Ads
3. Enter your Google Ads Account ID and Conversion Action ID
4. Set the default conversion value (in cents)
5. Enable the integration
Meta (Facebook) Ads Integration
Similar to Google, CallScaler reports call conversions to Meta using the fbclid. This helps Meta's algorithm optimize your ad delivery for people who are more likely to call.
Setup:
1. Go to Addons → Integrations
2. Click "Add Integration" and select Meta Ads
3. Enter your Meta Pixel ID and Conversion Event name
4. Enable the integration
Microsoft Ads Integration
CallScaler reports call conversions to Microsoft Ads using the msclkid. Setup is similar to Google Ads — enter your Microsoft Ads Account ID and Conversion Goal details.
Conversion Values
When setting up integrations, you specify a default conversion value in cents. This tells the ad platform how much each phone call is worth. For example, if your average customer from a phone call is worth $200, set the conversion value to 20000 (cents).
You can also override conversion values per call by marking calls as qualified and setting custom values in the Call Log.
