Welcome to CallScaler

CallScaler is a powerful call tracking platform that lets you track, record, and analyze every phone call your business receives. Step 1: Create Your Account

Head to callscaler.com and click "Start Free Trial." Enter your email address, create a password, and you're in. You'll be asked to create your first business — give it a name (like "My Plumbing Company") and you're ready to go.

Step 2: Buy a Tracking Number

Navigate to the Numbers page from the sidebar. Click "Add Number" and search for a local or toll-free number by area code. Pick one you like, and it's yours instantly. Local numbers cost $1.50/month and toll-free numbers cost $3.00/month.

Choose an area code that matches your business location. Callers are more likely to call a local number!

Step 3: Create a Call Flow

Go to Call Flows in the sidebar and click "New Call Flow." Give it a name like "Google Ads — Plumbing" and set the destination phone number (your real business line or cell phone). This tells CallScaler where to forward incoming calls. Enable call recording if you want to listen back later.

Step 4: Assign the Number

Go back to the Numbers page, find your new number, and assign it to the call flow you just created. Now, whenever someone calls that tracking number, the call will be forwarded to your destination number — and every detail will be recorded in your Call Log.

Step 5: Start Tracking

Place your tracking number on your website, in your Google Ads, on business cards, or anywhere you want to track calls from. Every call shows up in your Call Log with the caller's number, duration, recording, and source attribution data. Check your Dashboard for real-time analytics.

For website visitors, set up Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) to automatically swap your business number with a tracking number. Check the DNI & Number Pools guide for details.
