White Labeling

Set up a branded client experience with your own domain, logo, and color settings.

Before you start

1. Go to Extensions and enable White Labeling.
2. Open White Label.
3. Decide which workspace will own white label settings for your account.

White Labeling is account-wide. If it is already enabled in another workspace, manage it there instead of enabling it again.

Add your domain

1. In White Label, open the Domain tab and enter a subdomain in the Custom Domain card (for example, app.youragency.com).
2. Create either a CNAME to wl.callscaler.com (recommended) or an A record to 3.148.159.220.
3. Click Save & Verify DNS after your DNS record is in place.
4. Wait for status to show connected with SSL active.

Most domains verify quickly, but DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.

White Label extension page zoomed into the Custom Domain card, with the Domain input prefilled with app.youragency.com and a helper hint about using a subdomain like app.yourdomain.com or tracking.yourdomain.com.

Set branding

Use the Branding tab to control how your client-facing app looks:

- Brand Name: replaces CallScaler text in branded areas
- Support Email: shown to your users in help surfaces
- Brand Color: used for accent UI elements
- Logo and Favicon: used in login/app branding

Click Save Changes after updates.

Marketplace tab (Pay Per Call networks)

Networks on the Pay Per Call plan can run a public, branded marketplace on the white label domain where publishers apply to offers and buyers sign up. Open the Marketplace tab:

- Your marketplace: the on/off switch and the live link. Needs a verified domain first.
- The pencil next to the marketplace link changes its path: keep /marketplace, type your own like offers, or leave it empty to serve the marketplace at the root of your domain. Old /marketplace links redirect after a change.
- Buyer terms and Publisher terms: write the sentence people agree to, exactly as it should read next to the checkbox. Links in it open your own page in a new tab, or open a popup with your full terms (pasted as markdown) when they point to #terms. The acceptance is recorded with the exact wording shown, and the storefront footer gets a Buyer Terms or Publisher Terms link for each side you filled in. Leave the sentence empty for no checkbox.

On other plans the tab is read-only with an upgrade prompt.

Verify the client experience

1. Open your custom domain in a new browser tab.
2. Confirm the login screen shows your brand name, logo, and color.
3. Sign in and verify app branding is applied in the sidebar and header areas.

Billing and trial

White Labeling is $65/mo on Call Tracking, with a 14-day free trial, then it renews from your account balance while active.

On the Pay Per Call plan, White Labeling is included free. The card shows Included with your plan instead of a price and enabling it never adds a charge, so a network can run the whole platform under its own brand as part of the subscription. Real-Time Bidding is included on that plan too.

For your current billing status, check Settings → Billing.
